Free shipping is included on all orders over $99.00 to the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories like Puerto Rico, and internationally to the Americas (including the Caribbean), Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We typically don't ship to warehouses or cargo forwarding services!

We take care to process your order on the same day if we receive it by 6:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted, we ship all orders via USPS®, UPS®, FedEx®, DPD®, or DHL®.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unmodified, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All returned items that were originally shipped from outside the United States are subject to a $35 return processing fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shop's "flex pay" (officially called Shop Pay Installments) lets you split eligible purchases into smaller, flexible monthly payments. Your order is shipped immediately but you will have time to pay in usually 4 monthly installments. An initial payment may be required at the time of your purchase. 

Shop Pay Installments is primarily available in three countries: the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. It may not be eligible in your region at this time.

Do you offer a return & refund guarantee?
Yes, we have a no-questions-asked, free, 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive) of any year, the return window is extended to 45 days.

Are your perfumes & colognes authentic?
Yes, our fragrances are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, brand-name, and brand-new in their original packaging, sealed, and wrapped with UPCs. They are all sourced from reputable US-based suppliers that specialize in distributing genuine, brand-name beauty products and fragrances. We don't sell fakes or replicas.

What are testers?
Perfume and cologne testers are authentic bottles of our luxury fragrances and beauty products. They contain the exact same premium formulation, concentration, and scent as the retail-packaged items. 

Because they are produced directly by the fragrance houses for demonstration, they are packaged in simple, unbranded cardboard boxes and may arrive without the standard decorative bottle cap. We offer these original testers at a significant discount, making them an excellent, sustainable choice if you are purchasing the product for personal use rather than as a gift.

Are the designer brands you sell truly authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that our designer fashion items and accessories are 100% authentic. You will enjoy them for years or can easily resell them on third-party luxury marketplaces. Our EU-based distributor verifies all of our products through Entrupy!

Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states on all orders totaling $100 or more. For Alaska & Hawaii, we offer very low shipping rates (see detailed shipping policy.)

Do you ship internationally, say to Africa, Asia, or Europe?
Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country and the product(s) shipped. Please be aware that airline and shipper regulations prohibit the shipment of certain products from our beauty collection outside the US.

How soon can I expect my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to receive your order delivered to your address. Because we ship certain brands like Dolce & Gabbana from Europe, it may take as little as 3 days and up to 10 days for destinations outside of the US.
