Yes, when we ship outside of the US/internationally to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, the Americas, etc., all taxes, VATs, and ABNs are included in the price that you pay at checkout. There are no surprises, taxes, or import fees on your end. In certain cases, a country like the United States may decide to impose a tariff suddenly that we did not anticipate. In these cases, you, the consumer, would cover the tariff, not us.
If you receive a notification from a carrier that you have to pay tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc., before your item can be delivered, please contact us first before paying anything at info@zachava.com or via chat or call us.

Our designer fashion items and related accessories are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand-name, and brand-new; you will enjoy them for years, or you can easily resell them on third-party luxury brand marketplaces. All of our designer brand products are verified by a third-party firm called Entrupy!
We guarantee all our fragrances are 100% authentic and can be returned within 365 days of purchase if you suspect they are not.

Testers are authentic bottles of our luxury fragrances and beauty products. They contain the exact same premium formulation, concentration, and scent as the retail-packaged items.
Because they are produced directly by the fragrance houses for demonstration, they are packaged in simple, unbranded cardboard boxes and may arrive without the standard decorative bottle cap. We offer these original testers at a significant discount, making them an excellent, sustainable choice if you are purchasing the product for personal use rather than as a gift.

No. We do not sell used stuff on our site. We only sell brand new, unopened, never-used products in their original packaging, sealed where appropriate, with all their original tags attached, exactly as you would find them at the brand's retail store or at major retailers like Nordstrom®, Neiman Marcus®, Marcy's®, Bloomingdales®.

Yes, we provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states on all orders over $99. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc., we offer very low shipping rates. (See detailed shipping policy)

It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to get your order delivered to your address. Because we ship from Europe as well, it may take 3 to 5 days on average for Europe, 5 to 8 days for Asia, Africa, and Oceania, and 5 to 10 days for South America & the Caribbean.

Yes, we offer international shipping to over 100 countries. We ship to Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, the Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, Etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your country.

Designer & luxury brands fashion, shoes, sunglasses, fashion accessories and watches are shipped from warehouses in Europe and in the United States. Except in rare circumstances, we only ship via FedEx® and DHL® to ensure you get your products fast and in a secure way. For fragrances and beauty products we usually ship from the U.S. via FedEx®, USPS®, and UPS®.

We only ship our products directly to customers. In special cases with larger orders, you may request this option, but you must contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

We proudly partner with distributors that operate multiple warehouses around the world, including locations in Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm), Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena, Como, and Rome), Spain (Alicante), Germany (Salzburg), and the USA (Florida, Minnesota, New Jersey, and New York). This ensures that an international order from the US or Canada, for example, to France or New Zealand, can be delivered in as little as 2 to 3 days.

We have a no-questions-asked, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days to allow people who are gifted an item sufficient time to return it.
If the return is due to a product that is not authentic & 100% genuine, we extend this window to 365 days. In other words, you have 1 full year to return a product for a refund if it's not 100% genuine and 30 or 45 days for all other reasons.

Yes we offer free return shipping for U.S. addresses on approved returns with RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization).
In rare cases where we send the wrong item, the wrong size, the wrong color, we will cover the return shipping. In other cases, the customer will pay for international return shipping. International shipping is when any item is shipped to an address outside of the United States, regardless of where the order is placed or where the billing address is located.
Stated differently: Returns are generally free from US to US, for US customers. However, for international shipping, we may require you to pay the return shipping.
