We guarantee that every item showcased in our store is authentic. We further assure our clientele that each new product is brand new, unused, and complete with original tags attached and UPCs, where applicable. Testers and unboxed items are sold as such and are identified as "(Tester)" or "(Unboxed)" in the product name: testers come in plain packaging and may arrive without a cap, and unboxed items come without the outer retail box. Testers are final sale.

Our One-Year Authenticity Guarantee covers every item for one year from the date your order is delivered: if any of our designer products is deemed or proven inauthentic or fake during that time, we will accept its return for a full refund. In the luxury authenticity business, one year is a lifetime.

You simply need to contact us on your recipient's behalf if they need to make a claim within one year of delivery.

I’ve misplaced my original paperwork—is a receipt mandatory for service? 
Not at all. We live in the digital age, and we’d rather spend time assisting you than hunting for a lost slip of paper. As long as we can verify your purchase through your name or email address in our system, we can pull up everything we need to help you out.
