Shipping & Return Policy

INTRODUCTION

At ZACHAVA we want you to love us and be a loyal customer for life.

ZACHAVA provides free U.S. shipping to the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states on all orders above $99.00. Note that we also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. overseas territories like Puerto Rico and Guam! 

We also offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, etc. If you can't check out for your specific country, please contact our customer care team so we can assist you. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your destination country. However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 2 to 10 days for you to receive your items once they are shipped.

We don't ship to warehouses or cargo forwarding services without prior arrangements!

If we receive your order by 6:00 PM EST, we will process it the same day.

European holidays may require special handling for some orders, potentially adding an extra one to two days. In these cases, the item being purchased will be clearly labeled. However, most items will be shipped within a maximum of two days after we receive your order.

Unless otherwise noted, we ship via FedEx®, DPD®, DHL®, UPS®, and USPS®.

Throughout the ordering process, you, the customer, will be notified via email when the order is processed, released to the shipper, and when products are delivered.
In some cases, we may ship your order in separate boxes if these items are either too heavy or stocked at different warehouses.

SECTION 1 - RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
ZACHAVA has a generous, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We extend the 30-day return window to 45 days for purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive) to allow recipients of gifts ample time to exchange any items that they may have received for Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year's, etc. 

All designer fashion items that were originally shipped from outside the United States are subject to a $35 return processing fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Under our Authenticity Guarantee, you can return an item anytime after purchase if it is determined not to be 100% authentic. (See our Authenticity Guarantee).  

To be eligible for a return for all other reasons, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unmodified, unworn, or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging within 30 or 45 days, as applicable. After we accept your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

If we do not accept your item, we will contact you immediately. We may elect to provide you a partial merchandise credit that you can use at our store within a full year, or if you prefer, we may return the product back to you at your expense.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Special case: You cannot return gift cards under any circumstances.

SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you obtain what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

SECTION 4 - EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 100% of the purchase price, plus taxes and any shipping costs, back on your original payment method the same day.

Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Expect a 5-day refund period from the time your item is received and a refund approved to when the credit appears in your bank or credit card transaction or statement.
