We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmodified, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer Return & Refund Guarantees?
Yes, we have a no-questions-asked, free, 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive) of any year, the return window is extended to 45 days. 

Are your perfumes & colognes authentic?
Yes, our fragrances are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand name, brand new in their original packaging, sealed wrapped, with UPC's. They are all sourced from reputable US-based suppliers that specialize in distributing genuine, brand name beauty products and fragrances. We don't sell fakes or replicas.

Are the designer brands you sell truly authentic?
Yes, our designer fashion items and accessories are guaranteed 100% authentic, brand new that you will enjoy for years, or that you can easily resell on third-party luxury brand marketplaces. All of our designer brand products are verified by a third-party firm called Entrupy! 

Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states on all orders totalling $100 or more. For Alaska & Hawaii, we offer very low shipping rates. (See detailed shipping policy)

Do you ship internationally, say to Africa, Asia and Europe?
Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, The Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, Etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your country and product(s) being shipped. Note that some products from our beauty collection can not be shipped outside of the US per airline/shipper regulations.

How soon can I expect my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to get your order delivered to your address. Because we ship certain brands like Dolce & Gabbana from Europe, it  may take as little as 3 days, and up to 10 days for destinations outside of the US.
