The price you see is already your price. It's your shipping address that determines the discount at checkout. Physically in the U.S. but shipping a gift overseas? You get the discount. Shopping internationally but sending your order to a U.S. address? The standard U.S. pricing applies. It's simple: wherever the package is going, that's what determines your rate.
