We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmodified, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer a return & refund guarantee?
Yes, we have a no-questions-asked, free, 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive) of any year, the return window is extended to 45 days.

Please be aware that airline and shipper regulations prohibit the shipment of certain products from our beauty collection outside the US.
How soon can I expect my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to receive your order delivered to your address. Because we ship certain brands like Dolce & Gabbana from Europe, it may take as little as 3 days and up to 10 days for destinations outside of the US.
